1110 SF Remodel
This condo's dated interiors didn't make the most of the space. A new second floor, accessed by a striking spiral stair sets the tone for this remodel. Utilizing existing attic space, this room opens up distant, verdant views. The central post of the spiral stairs supports the main roof beam, and the curve of the stair sweeps the eye up to the vaulted roof from the entry, which has a newly lowered ceiling to dramatize the moment of entering the living room. A reconfigured kitchen flows from the living and entry with ample counter space and beautiful custom cabinetry. At the master suite, a new bathroom is filled with daylight and a loft over the closet provides storage within the previously unused vault.
