The copper-clad brewing tanks are visible behind a wall of reclaimed industrial windows, while the cook-line is open to the service counter, integrating the brewing and cooking processes into the dining experience – a modern, open brew-pub that’s rooted in the best of the old-world traditions and tastes. Industrial aesthetics and the building’s history as a tractor-sales warehouse are celebrated in the exposed structure. Oversized windows and a glass roll-up door provide direct indoor-outdoor links and access to the landscaped south-facing dining patio.

Existing building components and structure are reused and celebrated. The space accommodates a reclaimed brewhouse system and future expansion. High-efficiency systems replace all the outdated mechanical and electrical work. New thermal insulation upgrades the thermal envelope. Ample daylight bathes the space thanks to skylights, oversized windows, and a glazed overhead door. Shade trees and shrubs in new planters replace existing paving.
